Product Overview
Silage wrappers tightly wrap hay or silage bales in plastic film to create anaerobic storage — preserving nutrients and preventing spoilage. A single wrap cycle seals the bale, extending forage shelf life from weeks to months.
Working Principle
A round bale is placed on the wrapping platform. Two or four rotating arms wrap plastic film around the bale as it rotates. A heat sealer cuts and seals the film. Completed wrapped bale is automatically discharged.
Nutrient Preservation
Proper wrapping preserves 90–95% of forage nutrients vs 60–70% for open-stack hay. Wrapped silage maintains feed quality through dry seasons, providing a stable high-quality feed supply year-round.
