Product Overview

The peanut butter machine grinds roasted blanched peanuts into smooth creamy or crunchy peanut butter. Add oil, sugar and salt to customize. Stone burrs give traditional creamy texture; stainless steel burrs handle continuous industrial use.

Production Process

Roasted blanched peanuts (from roaster + skin remover) feed into the hopper. Rotating burrs grind the nuts into a smooth paste. Add peanut oil during grinding for creaminess. Sugar and salt added via optional secondary hopper. Output is finished peanut butter, ready for jarring or further processing.

Texture Control

Creamy peanut butter — grind longer with fine burr gap + more oil. Crunchy peanut butter — grind with coarser burr gap, then mix in partially crushed roasted peanuts after fine grind stage. Our PBM-50 and PBM-200 models have adjustable burr gap for texture control.

Profit Math

Raw roasted blanched peanuts: ~$1.20/kg wholesale. Peanut butter sells $3.50–$5.00/kg retail. A PBM-50 running 4 hours/day produces 200 kg/day peanut butter. Gross margin over 300% on raw material cost alone.

Maintenance

Disassemble burr chamber after each use and clean with brush. Check burr wear monthly — replace when texture becomes gritty (stone burrs last ~5000 kg, steel burrs ~15000 kg). Lubricate main bearing every 500 operating hours.
