Screw vs Hydraulic
• Screw Press (OPM-S100) — continuous operation, higher capacity, handles hot or cold. Hot-pressing raises yield 5–10%. • Hydraulic Press (OPM-H200) — batch operation, 100% cold-press, produces premium virgin oil with best flavor and highest antioxidant content.
Oil Yields
Peanut 40–43% | Sunflower 45–48% | Soybean 18–22% | Sesame 45–50% | Rapeseed 38–42%. Actual yield depends on seed quality, moisture content, pressing temperature and machine design.

Installation
Compact screw model fits small workshops. Hydraulic model needs more floor space for pressing cylinders. Both run standard single-phase power (220V). Connect a small settling tank to clarify oil after pressing.

Q1.Which seeds can it press?
Sunflower, peanut, sesame, rapeseed, soybean, cottonseed, copra and palm kernel. Different seeds need different pressing temperatures and cake adjustments.
Q2.What is the oil yield?
Yield depends on seed type and preparation. Expect 40-48% from sunflower, 42-50% from peanut and 50%+ from sesame with proper roasting.
Q3.Cold press or hot press?
Hot pressing after roasting gives higher yield and stronger flavor. Cold pressing keeps more nutrients and suits premium markets. The machine supports both.
Q4.What maintenance does the press need?
